Privacy Policy

Kevin's Collector Hub ("Kevin", "the app") is an independent beta product operated by its owner. Privacy and support questions go to frontlinehi808@yahoo.com. There is no separate company office, phone line or support desk at this stage of the beta.

• Your email address and authentication record, held by our authentication provider so you can sign in.
• An optional display name you choose.
• Your collection entries: card names, sets, numbers, conditions, grades, quantities, purchase prices, values you enter, purchase dates and notes.
• Your watchlist, savings goals, give-back records, local shop notes, marketplace listings and any saved calculator analyses (packs, grading, PSA, bulk lots).
• Activity records such as scan history and collection history, used to show your own trends and to give Kevin context about your collection.
• App preferences such as your chosen room theme.

We do not ask for, and the app has no field for, your payment card details, government identifiers or precise location.

When you use the Card Scanner, the photo you take or upload is sent to our AI provider so the card can be identified, and the text result is returned to you. The photo is processed for that request. The app does not publish your photos, does not attach them to any public page, and does not share them with other users.

Photos may be resized in your browser before they are sent. If you would rather not send a photo at all, you can always add a card by typing its details in the Vault instead.

Kevin's chat and its buy / hold / sell / grade suggestions are generated with the help of a third-party AI model, using the numbers you have saved plus knowledge the owner has approved inside the app. Your question and the relevant parts of your own collection are sent to the model to produce an answer.

These outputs are estimates and opinions, not financial or investment advice. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they depend entirely on the values you entered.

• It does not connect to any live market price feed. Every dollar figure comes from what a collector typed in.
• The Marketplace is a listing board only — no checkout, no payment processing, no shipping and no messaging between members.
• The Savings Vault does not hold money. It tracks a goal number you maintain yourself.
• Give Back records your intentions and activity. The app does not collect, ship or process donations.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising networks against it.

To run the app we rely on: a hosting and application platform, a managed database and authentication provider, and an AI model provider for scanning and recommendations. These providers process data on our behalf so the features you use can work. We do not grant them permission to use your collection data for their own marketing.

Access to your rows is enforced in the database itself: each table is protected so that a signed-in account can read and write only its own records. Sensitive keys live in server-side configuration and are never sent to your browser. Owner and administrator powers are checked on the server, not in the interface.

No system is perfectly secure, and this is a beta. Please do not store information in the notes fields that you would not want a support engineer to see while helping you.

• Your data is kept for as long as your account exists.
• You can export a JSON copy of your own data at any time from Profile → Your data.
• You can permanently delete your account from the same section. Deletion removes your sign-in record and cascades to your collection, watchlist, listings, goals, analyses and history.
• Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Export first if you want a copy.
• Routine infrastructure backups may retain residual copies for a short period before they age out.

The beta is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.

As beta features change, this page changes with them. Material changes will be reflected here, and the app will keep labelling estimated figures honestly rather than quietly presenting them as live data.
