Terms of Use

Kevin's Collector Hub is unfinished software provided for testing and feedback. Features can change, break or be removed. Data can be affected by bugs. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose, and use the JSON export in Profile → Your data regularly.

Everything Kevin produces — verdicts, expected values, profit projections, break-even figures, grading and bulk-lot calls — is an estimate calculated from numbers you entered. It is not financial, investment, tax or appraisal advice, and it is not a valuation you can rely on for insurance, lending or resale.

The app has no live market price feed. Collector-entered values and beta estimates may be incomplete, mistaken or badly out of date. You are responsible for every buying, selling, trading and grading decision you make.

• The Marketplace is a listing board only. There is no checkout, payment, escrow, shipping or in-app messaging, and the app is not a party to anything you arrange elsewhere.
• The Savings Vault holds no money and moves no funds. It is a goal tracker.
• Give Back records the donations you intend or have made. The app does not collect, verify, ship or process donations, and it issues no tax receipts.
• Local Stores is your own private address book. Listing a shop there is not an endorsement, affiliation or partnership.
• No affiliation, sponsorship or partnership with any card manufacturer, grading company, marketplace or retailer is claimed or implied.

• You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate sign-up details.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Your data. Deletion is permanent.

You agree not to:

• Post counterfeit, stolen or misrepresented cards, or knowingly false prices and conditions.
• Harass, defraud, spam or impersonate other members.
• Attempt to access another member's data, escalate your own permissions, or bypass owner and administrator controls.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer or automate abuse of the app or its AI features.
• Upload unlawful content, malware, or images you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules.

Your collection entries, notes, listings and card photos remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you so the app can work — including sending a scan photo or your saved figures to the AI provider when you ask for identification or a recommendation.

Some tools, such as Bulk Buy, are controlled add-ons. Access is granted by the app owner and can be changed or withdrawn. Nothing in the beta constitutes a subscription, and no payment is taken inside the app.

The beta is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uptime, accuracy, uninterrupted access, or that any particular feature will ship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, bad trades, mispriced sales, lost or corrupted data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the beta. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms will be updated as the app matures. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
